2 Months

I am 9 weeks now and I have the oh-so-cutest smiles. And my personality is really starting to develop. I smile alot and I also like to "talk" with the cutest little "coos". If you imitate my "coo" I will "coo" back and hold a "cooing" conversation for a few minutes at a time! Sometimes my sweet sounds even sound like I might be laughing at the funny faces that daddy makes at me!
I am becoming even more and more alert!
I am holding my head up great and I do really well at tummy time.
I have discovered my toungue and love to stick it out. I am also still searching really hard for my thumb!! I know that it is there, I have found it a few times. But usually I accidently hit my hand to my nose or eyes trying to find it. But then I find my mouth and end up sucking my whole hand instead!!!
My Aunt Mallory is convinced that I know how to wave. Every time she waved at me, at dinner one night, she said that I waved back! I think it was just a coincedence but still really cute :)
These past few weeks I had my first lake trip and my first farm trip. We went to Drew and Logans farm over the 4th of July. And also went to my Uncle Dave & Aunt Nancy's Lake House for the day. They were both so much fun!! I cant wait to fish with my daddy one day soon, ride on the boat and swim in the water!!!
The biggest piece of news that I have is that I am SLEEPING THROUGH THE NIGHT!!!!!!!!!! I slept through the night for the first time at 8 weeks. I am now sleeping from 10-6 pretty much every night. I might wake up around 3 or 4 every once in a while, but my mom comes in and gives me my paci (which I love) and I go right back to sleep instantly!!
My sensitive stomach is getting better...it doesnt hurt as much as it used to after I eat! So that's great! But it still hurts a litlle sometimes!
And lastly at my 2 month checkup I weigh 9 lbs 1 oz and am 22 inches long!! I'm growing like a weed!! My hair is quickly growiung back, but we cant tell what color it is yet.... it looks different colors in different lights. I guess we will have to see....
